Registration Agreement
The terms between Reggeo and anyone who registers, transfers or backorders a domain name through Reggeo.
1. Subject
This agreement sets out the terms for domain registration, renewal and transfer orders placed through a Reggeo account. The account holder placing the order is referred to as the "registrant".
2. Registration and term
Domains are registered on a first-come, first-served basis. An order is sent to the registry (Verisign) after the payment is confirmed; the registration becomes final once the registry approves it. If the registry rejects the registration, the amount paid is refunded.
The domain belongs to the registrant for the selected term. A domain can be renewed up to a maximum of 10 years ahead from the current date.
3. Fees
Prices shown in the panel include VAT. Renewal prices may change depending on registry fees; a renewal is charged at the price on the date of the order. The fee for a transaction that has been sent to the registry is non-refundable.
4. Expiration and redemption
An expired domain is held in the registrant's name for a further period, during which it can be renewed at the normal price. After that, the domain enters the deletion process; during the 30-day redemption period it can be restored for an additional redemption fee. Once this period also ends, the domain is released and can be registered by someone else.
Keeping track of the domain's term is the registrant's responsibility; the auto-renewal preference can be turned on and off in the panel.
5. Registrant information
The registrant is responsible for keeping their name, address, phone and email information accurate and up to date. This information is taken from the account profile. Inaccurate or unverifiable information is grounds for suspending the domain.
6. Acceptable use
The domain may not be used for illegal content, phishing, malware, unsolicited email (spam) or activities that infringe the rights of others. If there is a valid complaint or an official request to this effect, Reggeo may suspend the domain. Details: Abuse Policy.
7. Transfers and account changes
The domain can be moved to another registrar with a transfer code (EPP). Under ICANN rules, the registrar cannot be changed during the first 60 days after a new registration or a transfer. The domain can be moved to another Reggeo account through the support team.
8. Disputes
Disputes over rights to a domain name are subject to ICANN's Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP). Reggeo implements the decisions of the competent authorities.
9. Personal data
The personal data required for registration is processed under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and is shared with the registry and ICANN only to the extent required for registration. Details: Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
Reggeo may amend this agreement; changes take effect on the date they are published and apply to subsequent orders.
