Domain registration and renewal

Search for the name on the home page; if it is available, choose the term and place the order. For now we sell .com and .net. Once the payment is confirmed, the registration is sent to the registry right away. Search domains
Your auto-renewal preference on the domain page is saved. Until the payment system is connected, you need to place and pay for the renewal order yourself; you will get an email and a panel alert for domains that are about to expire.
After it expires, the domain can still be renewed for a while. If it is not renewed, it enters the redemption period; restoring it during this period costs an extra fee and is done through the support team. After that, the domain is deleted and becomes available to everyone.

Transfers, EPP code and lock

Get the transfer (EPP) code from your current provider and remove the transfer lock there. Then check your domains on the Transfer page and enter the code. A transfer includes a 1-year extension; if the old provider does not approve it, the transfer usually completes on its own within 5-7 days.
In the panel, press Show code on the Security and transfer tab of the domain page. The code is read from the registry and every view is logged. The code is not shown while the domain is listed for sale, after it is taken off sale until support approves, or within 60 days of an account change.
While the transfer lock is on, the domain cannot be moved to another provider; the registry rejects the transfer even if the code is known. Newly registered and transferred-in domains come locked. To remove the lock, open a support ticket; the team checks and removes it.
In the panel, on the Transfers screen, use the transfer between accounts and enter the recipient's Reggeo email. If the recipient accepts within 7 days, the domain moves to their account together with its DNS records and redirects. It is free.

DNS and nameservers

Your domain's DNS is hosted on our infrastructure (Cloudflare); you manage A, CNAME, MX and TXT records and redirects from the panel. A nameserver change usually spreads across the internet within a few hours, after which the domain becomes active.
On the domain page, choose Custom nameservers on the Nameservers tab and enter the addresses your hosting provider gave you. The addresses must be registered at the registry; otherwise they are not saved.
In the Child nameservers section under the Nameservers tab, enter a name (e.g. ns1) and the server's IP address, then create it. You can then use this address as a nameserver on any domain you like. It cannot be deleted while a domain is using it.
Record changes spread within the record's TTL (usually a few minutes), nameserver changes within a few hours. Your browser and computer cache may also show the old record for a while.

Payments and invoices

Prices are in USD. At the confirmation step of your order you can choose to pay in Turkish lira; the amount is converted at that day's fixed rate and the order is recorded at that rate.
In the panel, add the company name, tax office and tax number in the Billing details section of the Account page. At the confirmation step of your order, you choose which billing details to use.
The card number is not sent to Reggeo and is not stored. If you save a card, only the card type, the last 4 digits and the expiry date are kept.
In the panel, on the Payments screen, you can remove it with the cancel option next to the pending order. For refunds of paid orders, open a support ticket.

Sales, backorders and auctions

In the panel, on the Sales screen, use List a domain to set a price or turn on offers. The domain is moved to Reggeo DNS, and visitors see the price and the offer form on the parking page. While the sale is active, the domain stays under transfer lock and the EPP code cannot be retrieved.
When you accept an offer, the Reggeo team collects the payment from the buyer. Once the payment arrives, the domain is moved to the buyer's Reggeo account and the team arranges your payout with you. The buyer cannot move the domain to another provider for 60 days.
The listing closes and the sale information no longer appears on the parking page. For security, the EPP code and unlocking stay disabled until the support team approves; open a support ticket if you need to.
You place a request for a domain that is about to be deleted; the moment it drops, we try to register it on your behalf. If a domain has more than one backorder, an auction is held before it drops. If we catch it, the fee is charged to your saved card; if we don't, there is no charge. How backorders work
When a second backorder comes in, an auction starts among the backorder holders and ends before the domain drops. The amount you entered in your backorder becomes your hidden maximum bid; the system bids on your behalf only as much as needed. Auction rules

Account and security

On the sign-in screen, press Forgot password and enter your email. You set a new password with the link you receive; the link is valid for one hour.
Turn on two-step verification in the Security section of the Account page and scan the code with your authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator). If you lose your phone, you can sign in with backup codes.
In the Email notifications section of the Account page, you can turn emails about auctions, backorders, renewal reminders and sale offers on or off. Security, order and support emails are always sent.
